Job Description:

The organization is seeking a Senior Centre Coordinator to lead and manage the daily operations of its Social Centres.

As part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for fostering a positive culture and a multidisciplinary approach to delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Social Centres, ensuring efficient governance, coordination of activities, and optimal resource allocation to maintain smooth service delivery and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Lead, supervise and support care staff and volunteers, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to care and ensuring a safe, engaging environment for clients across a broad spectrum of needs.
  • Support the delivery of therapeutic programs by designing and overseeing the delivery of services, ensuring alignment with individual client needs and service objectives.
  • Manage resource allocation for all Social Centres, including workforce, consumables and budgets.
  • Analyse and interpret financial and operational data to drive business decisions and improve service outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to lead, empower, motivate, coach and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
  • High-level commercial acumen skills to analyse market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • A demonstrated understanding of aged, community and health care.
