The key responsibilities of a Customer Service Officer include:
- Managing inbound calls and email queries in a fast-paced environment
- Displaying solid computer skills, following set processes and scripts
- Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Processing and tracking orders, assisting clients with transactions and enquiries
- Collaborating effectively with your team to achieve individual and group goals
- Organising your time efficiently to meet performance standards
- Maintaining administrative accuracy, completing data entry tasks, and ensuring smooth client engagement
Requirements for the role:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call centre or handling inbound/outbound calls
- The ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Skilled problem-solving within structured guidelines
- Resilience and calmness when handling complaints or challenging conversations
- A professional and trustworthy approach
- Call centre experience is preferred but not essential
We are seeking a customer service professional with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to engage effectively and sensitively with a diverse range of people.
This role offers an opportunity to expand your career: Average annual salary: AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 depending on experience.
