The key responsibilities of a Customer Service Officer include:

  • Managing inbound calls and email queries in a fast-paced environment
  • Displaying solid computer skills, following set processes and scripts
  • Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Processing and tracking orders, assisting clients with transactions and enquiries
  • Collaborating effectively with your team to achieve individual and group goals
  • Organising your time efficiently to meet performance standards
  • Maintaining administrative accuracy, completing data entry tasks, and ensuring smooth client engagement

Requirements for the role:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call centre or handling inbound/outbound calls
  • The ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Skilled problem-solving within structured guidelines
  • Resilience and calmness when handling complaints or challenging conversations
  • A professional and trustworthy approach
  • Call centre experience is preferred but not essential
