Role Purpose

As a Customer Experience Ambassador at Vicinity Centres, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience.

Reporting to the Guest Experience Supervisor, you will provide in-centre communication, coordination, and information services to our customers.

You will be the face of our centre, providing a fond welcome and farewell, smoothly and efficiently answering customer queries, making recommendations, facilitating gift card sales, and arranging shuttle bus bookings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and experience
  • Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Coordinating centre activities and events
  • Facilitating gift card sales and shuttle bus bookings

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated valet and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise activities
  • Professional and customer-centric approach
