We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to join our team as an Area Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving store performance, and developing high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-site leadership, with experience in managing a portfolio of retail stores. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with your team and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and improve store performance through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff development
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Store Managers and Assistant Managers to achieve sales targets and company KPIs
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive sales growth
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company OH&S policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced retail or footwear environment, with a proven track record in multi-site leadership
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth, improve store performance, and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
