Due to continued growth, we are now looking to appoint a QA professional to join our team at our manufacturing site in Melbourne's northern suburbs.
About the role- The QA professional will be responsible for maintaining and improving food safety and quality systems.
- This role will support broader site compliance, food safety systems, and audit readiness in a fast-paced food environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and improving food safety and quality systems.
- Leading quality investigations and corrective/preventative actions.
- Supporting training of staff in quality procedures and standards.
- Participating in third-party audits and customer visits.
- A degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years in a QA role within food manufacturing, any supervisory/leadership experience is well regarded.
- A solid understanding of HACCP and food quality systems.
- Confident working across both systems and factory floor environments.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
This role would suit someone ready to step into a broader QA scope, with strong support and growth opportunities available.
