Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate quality management activities and ensure that all staff meet essential quality requirements.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining audit compliance and food safety programs, as well as ensuring that all staff are trained and up-to-date with mandatory compliance standards.
  • This role involves monitoring operational trends and identifying opportunities for continuous growth and improvement within our organization.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is essential, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role within the industry.
  • The ideal candidate will possess well-developed knowledge of current Food Safety and OH&S Legislation, as well as the ability to maintain systems as per legislative requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also highly desirable.
