Enhance Quality and Food Safety Excellence

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and continuously improving quality assurance and food safety programs on site, ensuring that processes meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Educate and engage production staff in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements and quality standards around production lines.
- Conduct daily checks and line-walks to ensure Critical Control Points (CCPs), Quality Control Points (QCPs), and X-Ray checks are met.
- Conduct GMP Audits and internal audits to verify quality and production processes.
- Assist the quality manager with internal and external audits.
- Maintain site document control and procedures to ensure operational procedures comply with established practices and standards.
- Provide food safety and quality training to production staff.
- Verify the level of training of all staff is sufficient in food production and ensure personnel responsible for food safety have the appropriate skills and knowledge.
- Investigate non-conformances and root-cause analysis.
- Advise production and management on quality performance and systems.
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in quality compliance and manufacturing environments. You will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment.
You should have a strong understanding of quality management principles, including ISO 9001, and be able to apply them in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Additionally, you should be able to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve quality and productivity.
