Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead to join our team in Australia. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the branch business development targets through the implementation of key strategies associated with the expansion of the Automated Logic Brand within Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business development targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including Automated Logic End Users, Mechanical Contractors, and Builders.
- Estimate and provide professional submissions to customers.
- Identify and convert new opportunities for total solutions and product sales.
- Provide total BMCS, MSI, system solutions, and promote Automated Logic's capabilities and extensive product range.
- Continuously build strong relationships with new and potential client base.
- Provide regular updates to General Manager with client and industry feedback.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the Building Automation and HVAC Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Building automation technologies and designs.
- Experience leading a sales team and proven success within previous sales role.
- Ability to develop and implement budgets.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to sell and develop commercial contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
