Job Title: Director of Retail Experience Design

We are seeking an accomplished retail innovator to spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge store experiences. As the director of retail experience design, you will be responsible for setting the innovation strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and bringing bold ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Leadership: Develop a vision for retail innovation that aligns with our business goals and drives customer engagement.
  • Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team of designers, strategists, and technologists to deliver innovative store experiences.
  • Innovation Strategy: Establish and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy that incorporates emerging technologies, data analytics, and human-centered design principles.
  • Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandise, and property development, to drive integrated solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient processes for store planning, design, and construction to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • You possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • You are fluent in CAD, planning tools, customer data, and retail analytics, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Architecture, or Retail Management, with a postgraduate degree in Design Thinking, Retail Strategy, or an MBA being a plus.
