Job Overview

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Full Throttle Power Sports Ltd. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient inventory management.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on our products, including all-terrain vehicles (ATV) and marine pleasure craft and supplies.
  • Assist in the display of merchandise to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
  • Process sales transactions through our Internet-based electronic commerce system.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to customers.
  • Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and reporting purposes.
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, ensuring that products are properly displayed and presented.

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
