We are seeking a skilled Rural Products Sales Representative to join our Pakenham team on a permanent full-time basis.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending our range of products and services to strengthen their business growth. You will be supported by our network and provided with the tools necessary to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service to drive business growth.
  • Proactively source new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Support inventory management, including stocktake and dispatch, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Process sales and perform sales quotes to meet client needs.

About You

  • You are a collaborative and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You have a proven track record in sales, including retail skills, and a strong understanding of seasonal and rural products.
  • You are able to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients.
  • You possess a driver's license and a forklift license is preferred, but we can support you to obtain one.
