
Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to maintain post-sales contact and own relationships with our existing customer base, achieving high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
">About the Role- Maintain high customer satisfaction by establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Work closely with Technical Consultants to prioritise and deliver outcomes for customers.
- Review customer reports and conduct meetings.
- Own the resolution process of technical incidents, problems, and changes with clients, adhering to service level agreements.
- Manage and track Managed Services contract deliverables and effort against customer contracts.
- Prioritise customers based on size and strategic value, ensuring a structured contact cycle.
- Demonstrated experience providing managed services to customers (minimum 3 years).
- Contract management experience, including service level management.
- Experience with large organisation IT Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Capability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse business owners and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of business areas like Customer Service & Client Management and Relationship Management.
- Significant work experience in a customer-facing role.
- ITIL Certification.
- Customer consulting experience.
