Regional Leadership Position

The Regional Manager is responsible for guiding the growth and development of our Home and Community Care team and their clients.

They will lead the team to establish strategic plans and initiatives to ensure we continue to provide exceptional care and support to those we serve.

As a Regional Manager, you will:

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of services and resources to meet targets and business needs
  • Ability to effectively plan and manage budgets within set parameters
  • Confident in building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
