Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fostering Relationships: Establish and maintain long-term connections with customers to seize business opportunities and propel sales growth.
  • Time and Territory Management (TTM): Create a daily schedule to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone territory.
  • Representing Hilti: Carry technical expertise to present high-level customer consultations and represent the brand in the marketplace.
  • Tracking Progress: Utilize a CRM system to record interactions and track progress towards sales targets.

Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is essential.
  • Eagerness to learn, motivated, and capable of working independently are key attributes for this position.
  • Hands-on attitude, time management, planning, and prioritization skills are also required.
  • A valid full driver's license is mandatory, as you will be provided with a company vehicle.
  • An engineering qualification or construction industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
