We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR leader to join our team as Head of HR, Pacific. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and executing the people agenda for the Pacific region, driving business outcomes through effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Agenda Development: Design and lead the execution of the people agenda for the Pacific region, aligned with the business and HR strategy.
  • Employee Management: Accountable for the full population based in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring duty of care and minimizing people risk.
  • Talent Strategy: Lead the talent strategy for the region, including diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, talent reviews, succession planning, and campus programs.
  • Performance Culture: Strategic partner in the development of the performance culture, implementing relevant interventions and improving employee engagement through inclusive teams.
  • Productivity and Cost Management: Drive productivity by supporting people leaders through coaching and development, and manage costs for the HR function.
  • Change Management: Initiate and sustain change management on key organizational development initiatives and projects across businesses.
  • Organizational Development: Shape organizational development initiatives for building desired capabilities and improving people performance against strategic needs.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of HR business partnering experience in a commercial, international organization.
  • Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and Post Merger Integration processes.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and develop effective strategic relationships with senior management.
  • Expert in local legislation.
  • Data literacy to address business issues.
