About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Support Professional to join our Human Resource Development team at the City of Rockingham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain the integrity of sensitive information.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong administration background, with high-level computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
