We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to take your skills to the next level and make a significant impact on our business.
About the Role
- As a hands-on professional, you will work closely with various teams to deliver results-driven initiatives.
- You will lead a small, capable team to drive customer success, be the primary contact for clients, and navigate a stable and growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for client queries, support, and escalations, utilizing strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Manage job submissions, conduct post-run reviews, and proactively engage with customers through phone calls.
- Plan and schedule jobs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and monitor stock orders and levels.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices, maintain accurate job records, and generate operational reports.
- Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring KPIs and service levels are met.
Requirements & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, client services, or operations coordination roles.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with high attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and ERP or job management tools.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships, handle escalations professionally, and work cross-functionally with data, development, and production teams.
