Your Daily Impact
Customer Onboarding: Lead training sessions and ensure clients are confident in using our services.
- Requirements Gathering: Work with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
- Project Coordination: Manage timelines, communicate updates, and collaborate across teams for smooth project delivery.
- Continuous Support: Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure clients feel supported every step of the way.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer success, onboarding, or project planning. Key skills include:
- Proven ability to gather requirements, plan workflows, and manage client expectations.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
