Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client queries, support, and escalations with professionalism and poise.
- Plan and schedule jobs, coordinating with data, development, and production teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor stock orders and levels for customers, providing timely and accurate information.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices, maintaining precise job records and ensuring compliance.
- Generate operational reports, analyzing trends and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring KPIs and service levels are consistently met.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, client services, or operations coordination, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience with job scheduling, invoicing, and reporting, with a solid understanding of CRM systems and ERP or job management tools.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships, handle escalations professionally, and build strong partnerships.
- Team leadership experience, with a talent for mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively with data, development, and production teams, driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
