About the Role

We are seeking a talented Organisation Transformation Specialist to join our People Advisory Services team at BDO Australia. This is a client-facing role that requires strong organisational change management background and consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver change management strategies and plans for digital transformation or other organisational changes
  • Support the delivery of culture change initiatives, including culture assessments and roadmap development
  • Develop and deliver training programs to build capabilities, including leadership development
  • Competency Model Development
  • Developing target operating models
Requirements
  • Strong background in consulting and/or change management experience gained within large complex environments
  • Knowledge and practical experience in change management methodologies and new ways of thinking to drive change
  • Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
  • Well-developed core consulting skills, including research, analysis, presentation, project management and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal with stakeholders at various levels
