About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Services Manager to join our Enterprise Delivery Change Management team. As a Change Manager, you will create and execute change management plans to support our stakeholders through ongoing change.

This role will support a Privacy Act Reform program that will result in multiple process and system changes across the organisation. You will have experience supporting large-scale regulatory or risk projects and have experience working within an Agile delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise existing Organisational Change Management frameworks and tools to devise and execute 'fit-for-purpose' change, learning and communications plans
  • Manage and execute change activities across multiple initiatives, streams, or squads
  • Ensure learning is designed and delivered appropriately for capability gaps that are identified
  • Provide communications to key stakeholders to drive a clear narrative across all aspects of delivery, linking activity to strategic and customer outcomes

About You:

  • 5+ years project and people engagement related change management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver Change, Communications and Learning activities for large-scale regulatory or risk projects
  • Experience working closely with Risk and Compliance teams as well as Business SMEs to understand the changes required and translate into easily understood business language
