As a Digital Solutions Expert, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional outcomes for customers by driving continuous improvement and providing advisory services to help organisations maximise the value of their digital solutions.

About This Role

This position is critical in delivering high-quality implementation and support services for digital solutions. You will work closely with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering contracted implementation and support services for digital solutions.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and providing feedback to stakeholders.
  • Managing project implementation and support services to meet utilisation targets.
  • Collaborating with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicating issue resolutions clearly and promptly to customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital consulting or customer-facing roles across various product areas such as financials, procurement, asset lifecycle management, HR & payroll, property & rating, or enterprise budgeting.
  • Strong skills in configuration, implementation, and reporting within digital platforms.
  • A solid understanding of business domains, including financial accounting, management accounting, and HR & payroll.
  • Excellent business process and analysis skills.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to multitask, self-manage, and effectively manage time.
