">About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead small projects or collaborate as part of large engagements, delivering end-to-end solutions and empowering team members to excel in their roles.

This position involves driving opportunities and delivering multi-service engagements by leveraging in-depth consulting experience in security technology and digital identity.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our digital identity strategy and its alignment with client needs.
  • Maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients through expert consulting services in security technology and digital identity.
  • Establish performance objectives for each team member, including defining KPIs, personal development plans, and training needs.
  • Cultivate a diverse team environment that fosters collaboration and growth.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with industry-recognised security standards, such as NIST SP 800-63.
  • Offer various digital identity services, including:
    • Digital identity architecture and design for customer IAM and workforce IAM.
    • Cloud digital identity solutions, including AWS, Azure, Google, Ping Identity, and Okta.
