Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Expert to join our team. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through the effective execution of sales strategy within the Australian Federal Government sector.

Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with product managers, software developers, analysts, business officers, and other groups to ensure successful project outcomes. You will present complex ideas, listen actively, create detailed architectures, demo solutions, discuss innovative concepts, and solve problems specific to federal government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by listening to their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to create and deliver high-quality technical demonstrations that meet government requirements
  • Identify opportunities for business improvement and propose strategic solutions to drive growth and profitability
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical skills, including experience in software development and architecture, project management, requirements engineering, and product management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions
