Digital Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading Federal Government department.

The successful Digital Support Specialist will work under general direction to provide administrative support and advice for the department's learning management system, eLearning and other digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the delivery and administration of digital solutions.
  • Help manage helpdesk requests including monitoring, troubleshooting and support.
  • Provide technical administrator support for users of the department's learning system.
  • Support other team priorities and deliverables more broadly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience assisting with digital solution delivery and administration.
  • Helpdesk experience, including monitoring, troubleshooting and responding to requests.
  • Experience operating a learning management system or providing system administration duties.
  • Experience supporting other team priorities and deliverables.

Benefits and Opportunities:

  • Initial 12 month contract with options for extension.

  • Key performance indicators will be regularly reviewed and discussed with the team.
