- Lead business development and sales strategies to win and grow key enterprise accounts.
- Identify, pursue and close large, complex deals that meet both client needs and organisational goals.
- Build and nurture executive-level client relationships, establishing trust and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and delivery teams to design tailored solutions across Finance & Accounting, Human Resources Outsourcing, Supply Chain Management, and Customer Experience.
- Keep across market intelligence to spot emerging trends, competitor activity and new opportunities.
- Support leadership with strategic planning, forecasting and revenue growth initiatives.
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences and client engagements.
Requirements:
- 15+ years' experience in sales, business development or client leadership within enterprise solutions or outsourcing.
- Solid understanding of F&A, HRO, SCM and CX processes, with the ability to match solutions to client needs.
- Proven success in closing complex, high-value deals and managing long sales cycles.
- Outstanding relationship-building, negotiation and executive-level communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle and Workday, plus knowledge of RPA/AI tools is highly regarded.
- Sydney-based, with flexibility and willingness to travel for key client meetings and events.
