Administrative Operations Coordinator for National Support Team

Rentokil Initial is seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join its National Operations Support Team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full administrative support, including managing the operationalisation of Customer Inductions and Portals across the Pest and Hygiene business units.
About the RoleThe key responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and implementing appropriate, cost-effective, and efficient induction strategies to respond to current business needs and future delivery requirements
- Mapping and maintaining a record of customer inductions on an ongoing basis
- Providing leadership and coaching to branch teams on customer induction and portal compliance
- Ensuring Portal certificates, licences, and Safe Work Method Statements are kept current and up-to-date
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in an administrative role, strong communication skills, data input experience, and knowledge of IT systems or websites. Portal or induction management experience is preferred, as well as project experience.
