About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our National Operations Support Team in Australia. The successful candidate will work closely with branch teams and facilities managers to execute administrative tasks and operational compliance for customer sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with 3 years of experience in an administrative role, strong communication skills, and proficiency in data input - IT systems or websites. Prior experience in portal or induction management, as well as project experience, would be highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to provide guidance to branch teams on customer induction & portal compliance. They will also be responsible for maintaining records of customer inductions, ensuring Portal certificates, licenses, and Safe Work Method Statements are current and up-to-date.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing administration tasks and operational compliance for customer sites
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer inductions
  • Ensuring Portal certificates, licenses, and Safe Work Method Statements are current and up-to-date
  • Providing leadership and coaching to branch teams on customer induction & portal compliance
