About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team at Star Training Academy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies and initiatives to build brand awareness and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Content Creation and Maintenance: Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, including brochures, product catalogues, presentation decks, and promotional materials.
  • Digital Presence Management: Maintain and update the company's website and social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging and up-to-date. Coordinate with developers and designers as required.
  • Digital Advertising and Analytics: Monitor and refine digital advertisements, analysing performance and providing recommendations for enhancement, with the focus on boosting search rankings and driving organic traffic.
  • Reporting and Insights: Prepare monthly reports, offering insights and recommendations based on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with partners globally to expand brand recognition and enhance client retention.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to convey our dedication to sustainability.
  • Industry Research and Development: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to infuse innovative ideas into marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role, preferably in a commercial environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in strategic content planning, development, implementation, and measurement. Knowledge of SEO best practices, SEM, and digital analytics. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team, and handle conflict effectively. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
