The Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts and develop effective strategies to promote our community residential dwellings, house and land packages, townhouses, and apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research and analyze customer insights to inform and adapt marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align marketing strategies with company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain and enhance our brand image, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Create compelling marketing content and oversee the production of marketing materials.
  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and optimize customer experiences.
  • Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, such as open houses, community events, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Develop and manage advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Monitor and report on advertising performance and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with senior management, sales teams, and other departments.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute marketing events and campaigns.

Reporting Channel:

Reports to the Director.

Job Type:

Full-time.

Pay:

$85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
