Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Professional to join our NSW Residential Project Marketing team at Colliers International. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in executing project marketing strategies and delivering communications and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Set up and manage projects in various systems, including Dev ID, Particle, CRM, and Avanser, and maintain project display suites collateral.
  • Marketing Execution: Manage online property listings, email campaigns, and social media content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients, advertising, media, and PR agencies, architects, and other consultants to manage deliverables and communications.
  • Event Management: Organize and manage project launches, client and customer events, and provide support for project updates.
  • Content Creation: Compile and produce digital magazines, eDMs, and marketing collateral, ensuring all content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide reports and presentations for client meetings, assist with client invoicing, and manage database communications strategies.
  • Brand Management: Execute Colliers NSW Residential brand initiatives (B2B and B2C).
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Diploma or degree qualification with a marketing/communications/business specialty.
  • Experience: Prior marketing experience, with a strong preference for property or professional services.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, high attention to detail and problem-solving skills, experience working with CRM and email marketing systems, and superior time management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
