Events Coordinator Role

Job Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to contribute to event success while enjoying flexibility in your work-life balance.

The primary responsibilities involve:

  • Establishing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Coordinating events and managing calendars
  • Overseeing sponsorship packages and securing event sponsors and speakers
  • Developing social media marketing strategies
  • Managing finance and resources

As a team member, you will collaborate closely with the Events Committee and report directly to the CEO. This is an opportunity to be part of a small, dynamic team where everyone contributes to the event's success.

Required qualifications include at least 5 years' experience in event coordination and/or marketing. Familiarity with digital tools like Mailchimp, Wordpress, LinkedIn, and social media platforms is advantageous. Training will be provided if necessary.
