Job Opportunity: Training Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and implementation of learning programs
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality training content
  • Coordinate training logistics and schedules
  • Develop interactive learning resources
  • Manage and optimise the Learning Management System (LMS)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Instructional Design, Education or a related field
  • 3+ years' experience in a training or instructional design role
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
  • Experience with LMS and e-learning development tools
