Job Title: Assignment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for sports and SSN shoots by booking ENG and sound personnel.
  • Collaborate with planning and sports producers to assess requirements and ensure health and safety protocols are met.
  • Provide primary point of contact for crews and reassign them as shoot schedules change.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including generating invoice codes for crews, coding invoices, managing SSN/SS desk rotas, and assisting senior assignments and logistics managers with project work.
  • Work closely with Sat Ops to arrange logistics for Soccer Saturday/Specials.
  • Source and book additional equipment for shoots when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of crew information and kit lists.
  • Ensure crew availability trackers are up to date.
  • Assist in managing the carnet system.
  • Cover the SSN Assignments desk when needed.
