Program Project Manager Support Specialist

Project Coordinator Role:
The successful candidate will provide support to the program lead and project manager in delivering projects, adhering to established methodologies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of reports, recruitment and onboarding/offboarding resources, maintain project documentation, and monitor project plans to ensure timely completion;
- Support the project/program manager in ensuring accurate budget capture and reporting;
- Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting and evaluation purposes to facilitate accessibility of quality information;
- Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in ICT and/or a minimum of 5 years' professional experience in a similar role;
- Government experience is an advantage;
- Agile certification and/or PRINCE 2 certification;
- Experience working on large-scale, complex programs in large organisations.
