Job Title: Program Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Program Management Specialist. As part of our team, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-priority projects within the NSW Health system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive program management support, including developing project plans, coordinating resources, stakeholder engagement and change management activities, project reporting, project meetings and supporting project-related activities, to ensure program outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope.
  2. Prepare high-level written materials including ministerial correspondence, policies, and briefings.
  3. Work with senior managers to manage all program and executive level reporting, including reporting and managing risks and issues.
  4. Manage programs to ensure compliance with governance and quality requirements are adhered to for the successful delivery of key milestones and outcomes.
  5. Undertake research and formulate recommendations to support evidence-based program planning and decision making.
  6. Provide advice and information to stakeholders on emerging program issues and to support program development and delivery in line with established plans, budgets, timeframes, policy objectives and other program priorities.
