Program Support Specialist Role

The Program Support Specialist provides administrative and project coordination services to support effective operations of a program team. The specialist manages multiple priorities, addresses diverse stakeholder needs, and coordinates projects from initiation to completion.

  • Administers various programs and projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to guidelines;
  • Supports the development and implementation of program strategies and plans;
  • Collaborates with team members to achieve program goals and objectives;

This role requires a strong understanding of program management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases;
  • Prepare and submit reports and presentations as required;
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including travel arrangements and accommodation;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in program administration and project coordination;
