Key Program Overview:
We are seeking a proactive individual with a solid grasp of project management fundamentals to support our team's key program. This role is an excellent opportunity to work on a critical initiative in the Digital Transformation space.
The successful candidate will provide operational assistance to the Governance Manager, drive efficient and effective program delivery, and ensure successful program transformation outcomes across the organization.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Program leadership team, including receipting, escalating enquiries, and monitoring the inbox.
- Own onboarding & offboarding activities for the program, including administrative support during recruitment.
- Support management and tracking of vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with relevant policies and procedures.
- Coordinate meetings between team members, suppliers, and stakeholders as needed to ensure effective communication.
- Collate information and prepare executive communications, as required.
- Capture meeting minutes of key program governance forums.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
