- Support project activity planning, scheduling, timeline management, deadline driving, and coordination between stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project and program managers to develop project plans, timelines, and strategies.
- Monitor and manage project progress, budgets, and key milestones within established timelines.
- Coordinate project documentation, gathering requirements, specifications, and approvals from relevant parties.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and maintain project management tools and systems.
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the project manager for timely resolution.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices in project management within the industry.
- Substantial experience in project coordination is essential.
- Investment management or superannuation experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated administrative background in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in project management tools and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently.
