Job Title: Program Support Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled Program Support Specialist to join our team and support a major digital transformation program in the Energy sector. The successful candidate will provide critical program support and ensure seamless delivery across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans with the Program Manager and stream leads, ensuring timely execution and effective resource allocation.
  • Monitor program performance and prepare progress reports highlighting key risks, issues, and overall program health, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Manage and maintain the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) register, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution to minimize program impact.
  • Capture and distribute minutes and actions from Steering Group and program meetings, promoting transparency and accountability.
  • Coordinate logistics for key workshops, including scheduling, invitations, and preparation, guaranteeing successful outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven Program Coordinator experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong technical proficiency with the Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint and Visio, with the ability to create engaging presentations and visualizations.
  • Experience with SAP Financials highly desirable, allowing for seamless integration and efficient data management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines, delivering high-quality results under pressure.
