**Job Title:** Program Management Specialist

**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Manager to lead and manage the risk, quality, and progress of ICT projects to organizational standards and strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, to quality standards, and within agreed scope.

**Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage critical, complex, large-scale program initiatives in a fast-paced service industry environment
* Develop and implement project management plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations
* Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers to achieve program objectives and improve customer experience
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization

**Requirements:

* Superior experience and achievement in leading and managing complex program initiatives in a large service industry organization
* Highly developed contract management and supplier performance management skills and experience
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
