Program Leadership Opportunity

We seek a visionary leader to oversee the end-to-end delivery of major capital and operational projects.

This role involves leading multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving continuous improvement in safety, environmental, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and within scope, time, and budget.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, workforce planning, and resource forecasts.
  • Oversee procurement, contract management, and governance processes.
  • Prepare business cases and reports for senior leadership.
  • Drive innovation and excellence in program execution.

As a results-driven leader with infrastructure experience, you thrive in complex environments and are passionate about driving exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications & Certifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management.
  • Project Management certification (e.g. PMI PMP).

Desirable:

  • White Card, Driver's License.
  • Contract Management or WHS qualifications.

Experience:

Extensive experience in construction and infrastructure project delivery.

Proven leadership in managing large programs.

Strong background in contract negotiation and administration.

Skills:

Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement.

Advanced project and program management capabilities.

Strong commercial acumen and risk management expertise.
