Join a high-performing project team as a Senior Project Engineer to drive the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects. Collaborate with experienced engineers and technicians to develop and implement innovative solutions for complex water security challenges.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project engineering teams to ensure cost-effective construction methodologies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor project finances, review costs against budgets, and highlight margin impacts.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and teams to resolve technical, commercial, and scheduling issues.
  • Ensure materials and services meet quality assurance requirements.
  • Develop inspection test plans, monitor quality plans, and ensure compliance.
  • Assess risks, implement hazard controls, and support incident investigations.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through pre-starts and toolbox talks.
  • Review and approve construction environmental management plans before work begins.
  • Maintain quality documentation, manage project closeout, and finalize defect claims.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in project engineering, preferably in civil, utilities, and water infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test.
