We're seeking a strategic and experiencedSenior Program/Project Managerto join Essential Energy.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of major capital and operational projects and programs, ensuring alignment with our strategic business and asset management objectives.This role has a preferred location of Dubbo, however, anywhere within our operational footprint will also be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, both internal and external.Deliver projects and programs safely, efficiently, and within scope, time, and budget.Drive continuous improvement in safety, environmental, and risk management.Oversee procurement, contract management, and governance processes.Prepare business cases and reports for senior leadership and the Board.Develop and manage project schedules, workforce planning, and resource forecasts.Ensure compliance with governance, change control, and reporting standards.Support strategic planning and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.About YouYou're a results-driven leader with a strong background in infrastructure delivery and project management.
You thrive in complex environments and are passionate about driving excellence and innovation in program execution.Qualifications & CertificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management.Diploma in Project Management or equivalent experience.Project Management certification (e.g. PMI PMP, PRINCE2).
Desirable:White Card, Driver's License.Contract Management or WHS qualifications.Auditing experience.ExperienceExtensive experience in construction and infrastructure project delivery.Proven leadership in managing large, complex programs.Strong background in contract negotiation and administration.Skilled in business case development and strategic planning.SkillsExceptional communication and stakeholder engagement.Advanced project and program management capabilities.Strong commercial acumen and risk management expertise.Ability to lead change and foster high-performing teams.Why Join Essential Energy?
