About the Role

Our Financial Crime Operations team is seeking a seasoned Quality Control professional to join their Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) division.

This challenging role involves reviewing investigations into high-risk and restricted industries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. You will assess how our policies, procedures, and standards are applied in daily operations and guarantee we meet our obligations under AML / CTF regulations.

As a Senior Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the QC Manager to maintain quality standards across various business groups. Your tasks include sampling, assurance over work completed by QC Analysts, reporting, forums, control testing, four-eye checks, and maintaining smooth daily activities for the QC team.

You will also play a key role in coaching, training, and supporting the team, driving continuous improvement across our processes.

Your collaboration and communication skills will be essential when working with stakeholders from ECDD Operations, AML Operations, Fraud and Scam Operations, Financial Crime Analytics & Systems, Financial Crime Compliance, Risk & Assurance, and KYC Operations.

About You

We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in QC within FCO and strong knowledge of AML / CTF compliance, enhanced customer due diligence, and customer exits. Experience in transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, TTRs, IFTIs, and fraud investigations is desirable but not required.

Successful candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities with ease, and communicate complex information effectively. They should also possess excellent coaching skills, be proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
