Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

An experienced learning professional is sought to lead and coordinate learning and development initiatives and programs that support the growth and success of employees.

  • Develop, coordinate, and lead learning and development programs for white collar roles.
  • Identify training needs within the business and coordinate relevant training programs.
  • Maintain a centralized learning hub by managing the learning calendar and events, updating learning news, and updating learning resources as required.
  • Coordinate development programs, including leadership and supervisor foundation programs.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees, including creating engaging e-learning modules and relevant onboarding material and guides.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as Learning and Development or Human Resources.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Learning and Development role within an engineering or construction company.
  • Previous experience managing Learning and Development programs and initiatives.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Strong Microsoft skills and computer literacy.
  • A passion for Learning and Development and a curious mindset with a proactive approach to seek knowledge and problem solve.
