Role Overview

Your new position will be accountable for delivering expert learning and development solutions aligned to the organizational strategy.

This encompasses identifying training requirements and contributing to the content design and implementation, including delivery of training programs across the organization.

You will ensure business leaders have the necessary tools to place the right individuals in the right roles at the right time, equipped with the appropriate skills and mindset to achieve goals.

You'll foster relationships with immediate team members, business partners, and external parties to drive commitment to, and model behaviors consistent with the company's vision, values, and objectives.

You'll contribute to the outcomes of the HR Strategic Plan through the provision of specialist advice and delivery of nominated specialized programs of work.

Key Responsibilities

You'll possess a strong and demonstrated level of knowledge and experience in any specialist area, including contemporary organizational effectiveness, organizational design, learning, leadership development, and talent management expertise.

You'll also have extensive experience working within a contemporary Human Resources environment developing and delivering business-wide initiatives and activities.
