About the Role

This position is key to our success in providing top-notch customer service. As an Infrastructure Fault Support Officer, you will assist Signal Fault Officers in diagnosing and managing signal failures.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Signal Fault Officers and Integrated Fault Manager in identifying and resolving signal issues.
  • Compiling and maintaining fault data, PRS reports, and signalling plans.
  • Acting as the primary contact for senior management during major incidents, providing real-time updates.
  • Tracking and reporting start/finish times and site arrivals for SMTs and contractors.
  • Communicating detailed fault information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assisting in preparing Infrastructure Incident Reports and supporting Infrastructure Fault Review meetings.

Strong technical knowledge of high voltage signalling systems, rail operations, and risk management is essential for this role. Excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare written documentation are also required.
