
Key Executive Support Specialist

As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support and ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- Provide exceptional support to senior executives, including managing complex schedules, preparing high-quality reports and briefs, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Arrange meetings and conferences, coordinate papers, organize venues, agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Answer queries, provide timely advice, and undertake follow-up action as required.
- Analyze and improve office processes, maintain corporate information systems for records management, financial information, fleet management, client payments, and ministerial correspondence.
- Foster a collaborative environment, delivering quality, timely, and effective customer service to managers and staff within the team.
