About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team at Corbett and Claude. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to maintain profitability
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent culinary skills, with knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
